From A55 take exit for Llandudno (A470)
Along A470 follow signs for Llandudno Town
Go straight across 5 roundabouts
On 5th Roundabout (Links Hotel should be on your left) take 3rd turning
Go straight until next roundabout, go straight across up to promenade
Turn left follow promenade until you come to “T” junction
Turn right at junction, proceed up to small roundabout
Turn lst left up Church Walks then lst right up Ty Gwyn Road
After passing traffic lights take 2nd left to Llwynon Road (not 1st turning down tram tracks)
Tŷ Haf can be found 50 yards up on right hand side (No. 3) |
Great Orme
Tŷ Haf is ideally situated for exploring the Great Orme either by car, by bus (the bus stop is directly opposite Tŷ Haf), or on foot. Take the tram or the cable car up to the summit and enjoy the magnificent views. The main tram station is only 2 minutes walk away. The Ski Slope and Toboggan Centre is only 5 minutes walk from Tŷ Haf. You can explore the copper mines or take a walk around Marine Drive, past the old lighthouse and enjoy the spectacular views towards Puffin Island and Conwy Castle. You may even catch sight of the herds of wild Kashmir mountain goats that roam freely over the Great Orme. The miniature golf course and tranquil Haulfre Gardens are also only a few minutes walk from Tŷ Haf.

Llandudno
Llandudno, set between the Great and Little Orme boasts a good variety of shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a 1500 seat theatre with top class entertainment. The bay of Llandudno has a fine Victorian pier where you can browse amongst the kiosks picking up souvenirs from your holiday! There is even a Punch and Judy show to keep the children amused. it is also an ideal base for touring Anglesey and Snowdonia. The roman town of Chester is 45 minutes away.
